Fees

Individual Therapy Consultation (50 minutes): $260

Session fees are determined using the Australian Psychological Society (APS) National Schedule of Recommended Fees 2025–2026 as a guideline, offering rates that are intentionally lower than those suggested.

Medicare

With a referral and Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or psychiatrist, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $145.25 per session (up to 10 sessions per calendar year).

Private health

You may also be eligible for a rebate under private health insurance. However, you cannot claim both Medicare and private insurance rebates for the same session.

Please check with your private health insurer prior to your initial appointment to ensure you are covered for psychology sessions.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we request that you notify us by at least the business day before your appointment. For Monday appointments, this means contacting on the Friday prior (unless this is a public holiday).

Cancellations within 1 business day of the scheduled appointment are charged at 100% of the total consultation fee.
